Oklahoma High School Softball - Alex falls to Preston
August 31, 2023: Alex, OK 73002 In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Preston Pirates softball team scored a nice 16-0 win over the Alex Longhorns.
Coming up next, the Pirates battle the Buffalo Valley Buffaloes (Talihina, OK) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 2. Preston will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Buffaloes enter the outing with a 9-4 record after their 7-0 league win over Moss (Holdenville, OK).
The Longhorns (7-13) will now prepare for their outing against Wilson-Henryetta (Henryetta, OK). The Tigers enter the non-league outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Wilson-Henryetta was routed by Buffalo Valley (Talihina, OK), 12-0, in a non-league outing.
