The Trinity Tigers topped the visiting Calvert Trojans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Apple Springs for a non-league test on Friday, September 1. Trinity will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Crockett (Crockett, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

The Trojans (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Grapeland (Grapeland, TX). The Sandies enter the non-league test with a 0-11 record. In their last test, Grapeland was knocked off by Cayuga (Cayuga, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
