With the win, Providence Academy upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Lions travel to Minnehaha Academy (Minneapolis, MN) to face the Red Hawks in a Independent Metro Athletic outing on Wednesday, September 6. The Red Hawks go into the outing with a record of 8-0. Minnehaha Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN)
The Pioneers now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Concordia Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 5. Hill-Murray will face a Beacons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Roseville (Roseville, MN). The Beacons record now stands at 1-1.
