Kentucky High School Soccer - Glasgow knocks off Edmonson County
August 31, 2024: Brownsville, KY 42210 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY) and the host Edmonson County Wildcats (Brownsville, KY), saw Glasgow's soccer squad triumph over Edmonson County by a count of 8-0.
The Scotties (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY). The Gators enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Ohio County Eagles (Hartford, KY) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 2. Edmonson County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Meade County (Brandenburg, KY).
