In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Prestonwood Christian Lions volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Fulshear Chargers.

The Lions (16-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 30-0 record. In their last challenge, Dripping Springs got by The Woodlands (The Woodlands, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Chargers meet the Clear Springs Chargers (League City, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. Fulshear will attempt to upgrade on its 19-4 season record.
