August 31, 2024: Elgin, ND 58533 Trenton Tigers (Trenton, ND) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig] Storm (Elgin, ND), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Trenton improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Belfield (Belfield, ND) to face the Bantams in a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. The Bantams go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Storm now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hettinger/Scranton for a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig] will face a Black Devils squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Lemmon (Lemmon, SD). The Black Devils record now stands at 1-3.
