September 1, 2021: San Jose, CA 95128 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Del Mar Dons (San Jose, CA) and the visiting South San Francisco Warriors (South San Francisco, CA), saw Del Mar's volleyball squad beat South San Francisco by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Del Mar upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Dons host Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA) to play the FIGHTING KNIGHTS in a non-league bout on Friday, September 3. The FIGHTING KNIGHTS go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Hillsdale lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Valley Christian (San Jose, CA)
The Warriors now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Archbishop Riordan for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 2. South San Francisco will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Westmoor (Daly City, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-1.
