September 1, 2022: Martinez, CA 94553 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA) and the host Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA), saw Freedom's volleyball squad beat Alhambra by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Freedom upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Falcons host Antioch (Antioch, CA) to play the Panthers in a bout on Thursday, September 22. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-1.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Diablo for a bout on Tuesday, September 6. Alhambra will play a Red Devils squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Antioch (Antioch, CA). The Red Devils record now stands at 0-1.
