September 1, 2022: Casa Grande, AZ 85222 The Casa Grande Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Nogales Apaches to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.
The Cougars now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cactus Shadows for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 13.
The Apaches (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ). The Blue Devils enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Sunnyside gained a win over Cholla (Tucson, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league game.
