Missouri High School Soccer - Ozark nudges Helias
September 1, 2022: Ozark, MO 65721 Ozark Tigers (Ozark, MO) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Helias Crusaders (Jefferson City, MO), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Carl Junction Bulldogs (Carl Junction, MO) in a Central Ozarks - Large challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Ozark will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 4-1 league win over Parkview (Springfield, MO).
The Crusaders now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Francis Borgia for a Freelance challenge on Saturday, September 3. Helias will confront a Knights team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Duchesne (St. Charles, MO). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.
