The Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV) volleyball overcame the host Blazer Tomcats (Ashland, KY), 3-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Huntington upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Highlanders host Cabell Midland (Ona, WV) to face the Knights in a Mountain State outing on Saturday, September 3. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 0-3.
