September 1, 2022: Waubay, SD 57273 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD) and the host Waubay/Summit Mustangs (Waubay, SD), saw Ipswich's volleyball squad beat Waubay/Summit by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Ipswich upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Tigers host Sully Buttes (Onida, SD) to play the Chargers in a B Region 2 bout on Tuesday, September 6. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Sully Buttes lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Miller (Miller, SD)
The Mustangs now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Tiospa Zina for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 6. Waubay/Summit will play a Wambdi squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Roncalli (Aberdeen, SD). The Wambdi record now stands at 0-3.
