September 1, 2023: Mayfield, KY 42066 The McEwen Warriors football team (McEwen, TN), was ripped 41-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Graves County Eagles (Mayfield, KY)
The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Caldwell County (Princeton, KY). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Caldwell County was ripped by Union County (Morganfield, KY), 36-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Warriors now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host McKenzie for a 1A Region 6 challenge on Friday, September 8. McEwen will meet a Rebels team coming off a 29-12 non-league win over Chester County (Henderson, TN). The Rebels record now stands at 2-1.
