Pennsylvania High School Football - Homer-Center tipped by Penns Manor

The Homer-Center Wildcats football team (Homer City, PA), was tipped 42-35 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA)

The Comets (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Conemaugh Township was tipped by Portage (Portage, PA), 37-34, in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to River Valley for a Heritage challenge on Friday, September 8. Homer-Center will meet a Panthers team coming off a 38-16 league loss to Purchase Line (Commodore, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
