The Monroe Redhawks walloped the host Rocky River Ravens football team by a count of 48-7 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Monroe upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Redhawks travel to East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league outing on Friday, September 8. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 0-3. East Mecklenburg lost 37-32 in their recent non-league outing against Parkwood (Monroe, NC)

With the loss, Rocky River moves to 0-3 on the season. The Ravens host Berry (Charlotte, NC) to encounter the Cardinal in a non-league outing on Friday, September 8.
