In Friday's league game, the St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans (St. Joseph, IL) football team tipped the host Tolono Unity Rockets (Tolono, IL), by a score of 38-35.

The Spartans (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL). The Hawks come into the Illini Prairie game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Prairie Central got by Pontiac (Pontiac, IL), 47-6, in a league game.
