The Buckaroos (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Brock (Brock, TX). The Eagles come into the 3A Region I District 8 challenge with a 13-10 record. In their last challenge, Brock defeated Mineral Wells (Mineral Wells, TX), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Coyotes encounter the Vernon Lions (Vernon, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Wichita Falls will attempt to move on its 6-21 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Hirschi (Wichita Falls, TX).
