In Friday's non-league contest, the Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ) volleyball squad nudged the host Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Broncos face the Chandler Prep Titans (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 2. Poston Butte will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Titans go into the contest with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Globe (Globe, AZ).
