Westview Warriors (Topeka, IN) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting West Noble Chargers (Ligonier, IN), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors confront the Andrean Fighting 59ers (Merrillville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 4. Westview will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Fighting 59ers enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Hebron (Hebron, IN).

The Chargers now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Manchester for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 11.
