September 2, 2021: Gainesville, GA 30501 In Thursday's non-league contest, the Alpharetta Raiders (Alpharetta, GA) softball team overwhelmed the host Gainesville Red Elephants (Gainesville, GA), by a margin of 16-2.
With the triumph, Alpharetta moves its record to 2-12 on the year. The Raiders host Woodstock (Woodstock, GA) to play the Wolverines in a AAAAAAA Region 5 contest on Tuesday, September 7. The Wolverines come into the contest with a record of 1-4. Woodstock lost 9-8 in their recent league contest against Milton (Milton, GA)
