In Friday's non-league match, the host Bishop Union Broncos football squad scored a good 31-22 victory over the Fernley Vaqueros.

In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 9. Bishop Union will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Burros enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 19-14 non-league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, CA).

The Vaqueros (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Sparks (Sparks, NV). The Railroaders enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Sparks was toppled by Churchill County (Fallon, NV), 58-6, in a non-league match.
