The Marion Swamp Foxes thwarted the visiting Central Eagles football team by a count of 20-7 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Marion upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Swamp Foxes travel to Hemingway (Hemingway, SC) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 9. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 0-3. Hemingway lost 59-0 in their recent non-league outing against Lake View (Lake View, SC)
