East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY), 33-7 in a league test.

With the triumph, East improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY) to confront the Bolts in a 4A test on Friday, September 9. The Bolts come into the test with a record of 2-0. Thunder Basin won 36-21 in their recent league test against Rock Springs (Rock Springs, WY)

With the loss, Natrona County drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Central (Cheyenne, WY) to confront the Indians in a 4A test on Friday, September 9. The Indians come into the test with a record of 1-1. Central won 21-3 in their recent league test against Kelly Walsh (Casper, WY)
