The Ferriday Trojans football team (Ferriday, LA), was beaten 38-12 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Richwood Rams (Monroe, LA)

The Rams (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Rayville (Rayville, LA). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Rayville was beaten by Delhi Charter (Delhi, LA), 50-26, in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Peabody for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Ferriday will meet a Warhorses team coming off a 40-0 non-league win over Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy (Lafayette, LA). The Warhorses record now stands at 2-0.
