The Millbrook Wildcats football squad scored 48 points and restricted the host Garner Trojans to 7 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broughton for a non-league battle on Friday, September 9. Millbrook will play a Capitals squad coming off a 57-14 non-league loss to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Capitals record now stands at 2-1.

Coming up next, the Trojans play the South Garner Titans (Garner, NC) in a 4A East Conference 26 battle, on Friday, September 16. Garner will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Titans enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 46-8 non-league win over Enloe (Raleigh, NC).
