Colorado High School Football - La Veta victorious over Hanover

September 2, 2022: La Veta, CO 81055

The La Veta Redhawks (La Veta, CO) football overcame the visiting Hanover Hornets (Colorado Springs, CO), 48-24 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Redhawks clash with the Mountain Valley Indians (Saguache, CO) in a A-6 League 5 (6 Man) bout, on Saturday, September 10. La Veta will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 54-8 non-league loss to Walsh (Walsh, CO).

The Hornets (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Weldon Valley (Weldona, CO). The Warriors enter the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Weldon Valley was toppled by Bethune (Bethune, CO), 38-31, in a non-league bout.
