In their next game, the Mavericks face the Meadow Bridge Wildcats (Meadow Bridge, WV) in a Coalfield A bout, on Friday, September 16. James Monroe will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.
The Wildcat (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Petersburg (Petersburg, WV). The Vikings enter the Potomac Valley II bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Petersburg nudged Buffalo (Buffalo, WV), 52-19, in a non-league bout.
