The Meade Mustangs football team (Fort Meade, MD), was tipped 27-20 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Severna Park Falcons (Severna Park, MD)

The Falcons (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Crofton (Gambrills, MD). The come into the Anne Arundel County challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Crofton nipped Laurel (Laurel, MD), 28-12, in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tuscarora for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Meade will meet a Titans team coming off a 48-0 league loss to Middletown (Middletown, MD). The Titans record now stands at 0-1.
