With the triumph, Pine improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Independence (Independence, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, September 9. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-1. Independence lost 47-26 in their recent non-league test against Albany (Albany, LA)
With the loss, Varnado drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Slaughter Community Charter (Slaughter, LA) to confront the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, September 9. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-0. Slaughter Community Charter won 36-34 in their recent non-league test against East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA)
