The Torres Toros football team (Madera, CA), was beaten 35-20 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA)

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Dinuba (Dinuba, CA). The Emperors come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record.

The Toros now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roosevelt for a North Yosemite challenge on Friday, September 16.
