September 2, 2022: Hatch, NM 87937 Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM) supporters exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Gallup Bengals (Gallup, NM), 10-0 in a non-league outing.
With the win, Hatch Valley moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bears host Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM) to battle the Desert Warriors in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 3. The Desert Warriors go into the outing with a record of 3-2. Santa Teresa won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Deming (Deming, NM)
In their next game, the Bengals battle the Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 8. Gallup will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Jaguars go into the outing with a 1-6 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Socorro (Socorro, NM).
