In Friday's non-league contest, the Wallace Wildcats (Wallace, NE) volleyball squad knocked off the host Sandhills Valley Mavericks (Stapleton, NE), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Hitchcock County Falcons (Trenton, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 6. Wallace will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Arapahoe (Arapahoe, NE).
