The Fulshear Chargers football squad scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Fort Bend Clements Rangers to 21 in the Chargers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Chargers now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Magnolia for a 5A-1 Region III District 10 battle on Friday, September 8. Fulshear will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 27-7 non-league win over Tomball (Tomball, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Rangers play the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 battle, on Friday, September 8. Fort Bend Clements will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Longhorns enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 41-15 non-league win over Katy Taylor (Katy, TX).
