September 2, 2023: Groveport, OH 43125 The Canal Winchester Indians volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Groveport-Madison Cruisers to 0 in the Indians non-league victory on Saturday.
The Indians now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dublin Scioto for a Ohio Capital - Capital game on Tuesday, September 5. Canal Winchester will meet a Irish team coming off a 3-0 league win over Worthington Kilbourne (Columbus, OH). The Irish record now stands at 7-0.
The Cruisers (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Westland (Galloway, OH). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Westland was dropped by Hilliard Davidson (Hilliard, OH), 3-0, in a non-league game.
