St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, St. Charles North advances its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The North Stars host Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL) to clash with the Falcons in a DuKane test on Tuesday, September 10. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 0-3.

The Mustangs now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hersey for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. Metea Valley will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 1-1.
