Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Freedom Area nudged by Ambridge
September 2, 2025: Ambridge, PA 15003 Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Freedom Area Bulldogs (Freedom, PA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Ambridge moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bridgers travel to Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA) to confront the Quakers in a WPIAL AA 3 test on Wednesday, September 3. The Quakers come into the test with a record of 1-1. Quaker Valley won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA)
The Bulldogs now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mohawk Area for a WPIAL A 1 test on Monday, September 8.
