September 2, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87122 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Cleveland Storm (Rio Rancho, NM), observed La Cueva's volleyball team hold off Cleveland by a count of 2-1.
The Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record.
The Storm now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Fe for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16. Cleveland will encounter a Demons squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Demons record now stands at 2-2.
