September 2, 2025: Florissant, MO 63031 The Gateway Science Academy Gators (St. Louis, MO) soccer overwhelmed the host Hazelwood Central Hawks (Florissant, MO), 8-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Gators now hold a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wright City for a non-league contest on Monday, September 8. Gateway Science Academy will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Christian Fellowship (Columbia, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.
The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hazelwood East (St. Louis, MO). The Spartans enter the Suburban - North contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Hazelwood East was overwhelmed by Hazelwood West (Hazelwood, MO), 8-0, in a league contest.
