The Chieftains (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fair Haven (Fair Haven, VT). The Slaters come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Fair Haven was overwhelmed by Springfield (Springfield, VT), 2-1, in a non-league match.
The Otters now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Twin Valley for a non-league match on Friday, September 5. Otter Valley will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Mill River (North Clarendon, VT). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
