September 2, 2025: Vernon Hills, IL 60061 Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Hornets (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Grant Community Cary-Grove (Cary, IL), 2-2, in a non-league bout.
