Oklahoma High School Softball - Strother bested by Asher
September 2, 2025: Asher, OK 74826 The Asher Indians triumphed over the visiting Strother Yellowjackets softball team by a margin of 11-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Indians now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whitesboro for a Class B battle on Thursday, September 4. Asher will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Rattan (Rattan, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Strother drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Varnum (Seminole, OK) to meet the Whippets in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 8. The Whippets go into the challenge with a record of 9-6.
