Texas High School Volleyball - Burleson tips Midlothian Heritage

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) and the visiting Midlothian Heritage Jaguars (Midlothian, TX), observed Burleson's volleyball squad nudge Midlothian Heritage by a score of 3-2.

With the win, Burleson improves its record to 6-14 on the season. The Elks travel to Lamar (Arlington, TX) to encounter the Vikings in a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. The Vikings go into the battle with a record of 12-13. Lamar lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX)

The Jaguars now own a 5-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Forney for a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. Midlothian Heritage will encounter a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sunnyvale (Sunnyvale, TX). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 16-14.
