The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Poplarville Hornets (Poplarville, MS) and the visiting McComb Tigers (McComb, MS), saw Poplarville's volleyball squad notch a victory over McComb by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Poplarville improves its record to 8-3 on the season. The Hornets travel to Purvis (Purvis, MS) to encounter the Tornadoes in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. The Tornadoes go into the battle with a record of 15-3.
