The New Covenant Gryphons prevailed the host Temple Christian Crusaders volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Gryphons now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host The Covenant for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. New Covenant will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Collegiate (Richmond, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Temple Christian drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders host C.H. Friend (South Boston, VA) to clash with the Red Jackets in a outing on Thursday, September 4.
