The Dripping Springs Tigers football squad scored 70 points and limited the visiting Hays Hawks to 42 in the Tigers non-league win on Friday.

The Tigers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Lockhart for a non-league battle on Friday, September 10. Dripping Springs will play a Lions squad coming off a 56-8 non-league loss to Johnson (Buda, TX). The Lions record now stands at 1-1.
