September 3, 2021: Absecon, NJ 08201 Holy Spirit Spartans (Absecon, NJ) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the visiting St. Joseph Wildcats (Hammonton, NJ), 35-24 in a non-league test.
With the win, Holy Spirit improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Spartans host Camden (Camden, NJ) to confront the Panthers in a West Jersey - Memorial test on Friday, September 10. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 1-1. Camden won 14-12 in their recent non-league test against Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ)
With the loss, St. Joseph moves to 1-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Cherokee (Marlton, NJ) to confront the Chiefs in a West Jersey - Continental test on Friday, September 10. The Chiefs go into the test with a record of 1-0. Cherokee won 35-0 in their recent non-league test against Lenape (Medford, NJ)
