September 3, 2022: Center Moriches, NY 11934 William Floyd Colonials (Mastic Beach, NY) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Center Moriches Red Devils (Center Moriches, NY), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Colonials confront the East Islip Redmen (Islip Terrace, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. William Floyd will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
The Red Devils now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Port Jefferson for a Section 11 B/C/D-7 challenge on Friday, September 9. Center Moriches will confront a Royals team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to John Glenn (Elwood, NY). The Royals record now stands at 0-1.
