September 3, 2024: Falmouth, MA 02540 Falmouth Clippers (Falmouth, MA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Falmouth advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Clippers travel to Old Rochester Regional (Mattapoisett, MA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 3-2. Old Rochester Regional won 6-0 in their recent league test against Fairhaven (Fairhaven, MA)
The Sharks now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Sturgis East for a Cape and Islands- Lighthouse test on Thursday, September 5.
