September 3, 2024: Frederick, MD 21701 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD) and the visiting Clarksburg Coyotes (Clarksburg, MD), saw Frederick's soccer squad hold off Clarksburg by a score of 2-1.
The Cadets (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Winters Mill (Westminster, MD). The Falcons enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Winters Mill tipped Atholton (Columbia, MD), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Coyotes confront the Watkins Mill Wolverines (Gaithersburg, MD) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 11. Clarksburg will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
