September 3, 2024: Wendell, NC 27591 East Wake Warriors (Wendell, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Franklinton Rams (Franklinton, NC), 8-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, East Wake moves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Corinth Holders (Wendell, NC) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 1-1. Corinth Holders won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC)
The Rams now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roanoke Rapids for a test on Monday, September 9. Franklinton will clash with a Yellowjackets team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to North Johnston (Kenly, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-1.
